Howard G. Butler, Esq. is the founding Senior Partner of the Butler Law Group specializing in civil trial practice and entertainment law. Mr. Butler is a Nationally Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer (National Board of Trial Advocacy) and is AV rated (highest possible rating) by Martindale-Hubble. Mr. Butler has been selected for inclusion in "The Best Lawyers In America" and was recently named a Super Lawyer (Florida) which is limited to the top 5% of lawyers in a state.

Mr. Butler and his law firm are included in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Mr. Butler is a graduate of Stetson University (B.B.A. 1982) and the Stetson College of Law (J.D. 1985). Mr. Butler successfully completed ATLA's National College of Advocacy at Harvard University. He is a member of Million Dollar Advocates, American Association for Justice, Florida Justice Association (EAGLE member) and the Attorneys Information Exchange Group (AIEG) and Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. Prior to expanding his current practice via the Butler Law Group he was a partner in the Orlando based firm of Meyers, Mooney, Butler, Schott & Meyers and later a founding Senior Partner in the Jacksonville based firm of Ossi, Butler, Najem & Rosario.
